What kind of meditation is Veracis Meditation™?
Veracis Meditation™ is a methodology based on an integration of Eastern and Western, non-religious, energy based healing philosophies designed to develop spiritual consciousness, awareness and inner peace. The program was created by Regina Kaiser who believes everyone can access their inner spirit (essence) and learn to meditate with the right tools and support. Veracis Meditation™ reflects our philosophy that health and wellness begin with nurturing spirit first through meditating, and that all healing is self healing.
I’ve never meditated before. What if I can’t do it?
There is no right or wrong way to meditate. Before we begin any class we explain what to expect. This usually places the mind at rest.
Is meditating hard to learn?
Meditation is easy to learn when you have meditation tools you can use immediately with ongoing support. Weekly meditation instruction ensures you are actively engaged in learning more about yourself as spirit in a human body. We make meditation fun and easy to learn. The more you use it the more you will get out of it.
How big are your meditation classes?
Drop in meditation classes can accommodate up to 25 people, but generally we have 8-16 people attend.
Registered levels take an average of 8-12 people.
I have physical limitations and find it difficult to remain seated for any length of time.

Does meditation take a long time to learn?
Meditation, like anything we learn, takes discipline and practice. It is a rare individual who can pick up a violin and play without learning the techniques and practicing. The same is true for meditation. The more you meditate and participate in meditation classes, the easier and and more you learn, and the more it becomes a part of your lifestyle.
I’ve been meditating for years. Can I start with level II meditation or higher?
No. Veracis Meditation™ Level I includes lessons required in future levels and is a prerequisite for future levels.
Why do you charge money for meditation?
Our goal is to share our teachings with the world. With internal expenses such as office space, and business expenses it is necessary for us charge so we can continue sharing our message with you.
What makes your massage sessions different?
We include energy healing in massage sessions to honour and unite Spirit with mind and body for a fully integrated respectful session. We couldn’t imagine giving a massage without conscious healing touch.
How often should I have a massage?
We recommend a minimum of 4 times a year, one for every season. We can book your next appointment before you leave and will give you a reminder call and/or email.
How often can I book an Energy Reading or Healing?
We encourage you to trust your own insight. Energy readings offer a lot of information that is recorded so that you can listen for messages you may have missed earlier. Energy Healings can be received about once a week or however often you want.
What type of class is best for me?
- “I’ve never been to a yoga class, or I haven’t been to one in years.”
- “I’m not very flexible and I feel self conscious.”
All our classes are designed for beginners and those with experience. Our smaller class setting allows you to build a personal relationship with the instructor who ensures you feel welcome and receive respectful, personalized instruction.
Do I need to bring a yoga mat?
No, we provide complimentary use of mats for guests, which are sanitized after every use. You are welcome to bring your own.
How many people are in each class?
Yoga classes accommodate between 7 & 9 people.
