Have you ever wanted to meditate but didn’t know where to begin?  

Meditation is for everyone who wants to discover his or her true self  as a peaceful spirit in a human body.  There are many forms of meditation.  Veracis® Meditation  is a non-religious methodology designed for the western mind making it easy to create a mindful meditation practice.  What is Veracis® Meditation

We believe teaching you how to meditate on your own supports you in creating the life you want for yourself.   We understand receiving ongoing support encourages mindful conscious growth.    Devoting time to meditate at home is not always easy as distractions interrupt the process. We are dedicated to holding the space for you to follow through with your intention to meditate by providing the following ways for you to meditate:

  1. Listen to a FREE Guided Meditation

    Ideal for those who want to experience Veracis® Meditation before coming to our centre, or as a short pick me up throughout the day. Letsmeditateonline is our youtube channel.  You can subscribe to receive updates, or check in regularly for new free guided meditations.
  2. Drop in Meditation Classes

    Ideal for beginners who want to try meditating for the first time  with a certified instructor in a quiet space.  Drop in meditation supports those who want the flexibility of  coming on different days of the week, and builds community unity.

  3. Relaxation Meditation

    Ideal for beginners or those seeking a deeply relaxing and healing guided meditation. Offered as a registered series  on the same day and time of the week.

  4.  Registered Meditation Classes  

    Registered Meditation classes are offered  in levels, each level building on the previous level,and are taught to smaller class sizes  to preserve the integrity of the teachings.  Levels are offered throughout the year, allowing you to participate at a pace that is comfortable to you.   We encourage taking Level I through IV consecutively. Start with  -  Level I – Awareness
