Mindful Meditation for Everyone
Ideal for beginners as well as those seeking support with their own meditation we are located in Port Moody, BC. Convenient one hour guided meditation workshops are non-religious and ongoing, allowing you to join in (drop in) at any time.
We have been offering conscious meditation instruction and support to the western mind since 2000. We understand you may feel skeptical or apprehensive and encourage you to give our guided meditation a chance. Facilitated by experienced, certified meditation teachers, drop in meditation offers gentle, structured, positive direction with weekly topics and guided meditations designed for you to develop self-awareness and access your own highest information as a peaceful spirit in a human body.

We offer 12 core topics that support awareness and spiritual growth. While topics repeat, the format of delivery is the same, and each instructor brings their own expertise to the lesson so every drop in meditation class is familiar, but unique.

First time meditating?
You will not have to sit cross legged quietly tormented by your thoughts or wandering mind.
We sit in chairs and your mind will eventually surrender to peace and calm.
Wear comfortable clothing – layering is recommended.
Is meditation right for me?
Only you can answer this question, and the only way you will know is to come and experience our meditation personally. We are non-denominational and there is no right or wrong way to meditate. We support you to feel comfortable and safe. A brief orientation begins every class so you always feel welcome.
Where should I begin?
I’ve never meditated before and don’t think I’ll be able to sit still long enough. A certified meditation teacher takes you through a guided meditation that keeps you engaged and present with your intention. If you have physical challenges, we suggest you sit at the end of a row so you can get up without disturbing others.
What if want to leave? You can leave whenever you wish.
What if I’ve had a difficult day? Will my energy affect the group?
Everyone experiences challenges now and again. We encourage you to join us at any time, trusting you and others will be safe. Our sacred teachings provide a safe space with guidelines shared with the class.
I enjoyed the drop in meditation but I want to learn more?
Wonderful! You’re ready for Veracis Meditation™ Level I – Spirit Awareness.
I’ve been meditating for some time and come to several drop in meditations. Do I still need to start with Level I? Yes. We cover material that is not offered through our drop in meditation program, and Level I Meditation is the foundation prerequisite for Level II – Spiritual Growth.
