Relaxation Meditation

An easy, peaceful guided meditation offered lying down, so you can rest, relax and receive  support in nourishing spirit, mind and body.

This is the ideal class to  experience relief and healing from physical, mental and emotional fatigue, anxiety, stress, and mild depression.  A  certified teacher & energy healer guides you through a deeply relaxing meditation, body scan, complete with healing touch.

  • Seated on a mat to begin, then lying down
  • Healing touch
  • Herbal tea to finish

Beginners welcome.  Layered clothing is recommended.
