You’re here!  Whether you are beginning or experienced, you will always feel welcome in Veracis Yoga classes.  We welcome men and women who seek a smaller adult class environment where image is secondary to spiritual, mental, emotional, and physical health.  Our maximum registered class size is nine, making ensuring you receive respectful and personalized instruction.

Our traditional yoga classes begin and finish with a short meditation.   Practicing yoga with meditation allows you to become stronger, more flexible, relaxed and connected while encouraging self awareness and spiritual consciousness.  Physical postures and breathing techniques energize and clear energy channels while toning the physical body and enhancing relaxation for a balanced spirit, mind and body experience.
