How to Prepare for Your Online Meditation Class

  • Create a sacred space in your home or office
    • Have a comfy chair ready - please try not to lie down to prevent falling asleep
    • Soft lighting with aromatherapy helps with relaxation
    • Keep a blanket nearby to stay warm
    • Take a few deep breaths....
