Online Memberships

You can unsubscribe at any time.  No refund, transfer or credit given for prior month membership use.

Online Courses & Workshops

Includes on demand and live stream.

Once a course/workshop has started there is no refund, transfer or credit.

In the event you cannot attend a live stream course/workshop and with 96 hours notice (4 days) before the first class in the course starts, your fee, less a $25 administration fee will be applied to the next series of classes in the same category you wish to attend within a one year period from the original class.

Decisions are made for Live Courses/series to run 4 days prior to the start date.  Should a course/workshop not meet the minimum required participants then you will be contacted by phone and/or email, and you will receive a refund.

In the rare event a class  is cancelled by Veracis® due to instructor illness or any other emergency, we do our best to reschedule that class in a timely manner.  Missed rescheduled classes are not refunded, credited or carried forward.


$500 non-refundable, non-transferable deposit is required at time of registration. The remaining balance, reflecting your accommodation selection, is due four months before the first day of the retreat.  In the event that you are unable to attend the retreat dates, and with no less than three week’s notice, $500 will be retained and the remaining amount will be refunded, less a 25% administration fee off the total amount. No refund or credit applies. Fees do not include transportation. Itinerary and rates subject to change.

RETAIL PRODUCTS:  No refunds, exchanges, or credits on retail or online products. Damaged or missing items claims must be authorized by one of our customer service representatives within 7 days of receipt of merchandise. Please check your parcel carefully. Contact us


Appointments:  If cancelling an appointment with 24 hours notice, there will be no charge. If cancelling with less then 24 hours notice, a fee equal to half the cost of the missed appointment is retained. The remaining balance becomes a service account credit and will not be refunded.

No Show: If you do not show up for your appointment, there is a fee equal to the full cost of the missed appointment. No refund will be given.
