OM is an ongoing meditation program based on mindful living and inner well-being. Designed for everyone, this is perfect for your first time meditating or to receive ongoing support. Weekly classes include a guided meditation and are gentle and inspiring, encouraging acceptance, patience, non-judgment and compassion for everyone. The average guided OM is 30-40 minutes, but will vary based on the topic, teacher and students in the class. With a variety of OM classes to explore in a community of like-minded individuals you can relax, revitalize, smile, sleep and feel peaceful again.
OM – Reflective Meditation

Observe. Inspire. Bring mindfulness into your daily life with inspiring, reflective topics and guided meditations that develop being present and authentic. Weekly topics vary, combining breathing, guided meditations, self-reflection and a connection to living mindfully.

Guided meditation to encourage relaxation & deep sleep
Relax. Sleep. Feel the stresses of life melt away as you breathe deeply and unwind your mind. Perfect if you seek relief from insomnia, stress, anxiety, or simply want to de-stress after a hectic day. Ambient lighting, soft music combined with gentle stretching & movement to relax the body and a guided meditation for deep relaxation encourages surrender into tranquil slumber.
OM – Chakra Balancing Meditation

Cleanse. Balance. Energy held in the chakras becomes congested causing stress, anxiety, tension, and irritability. This guided meditation supports you in directing vital energy flow through your primary chakras to feel cleansed & balanced. Class links a weekly reflective meditation theme so you leave inspired on all levels.

Yoga classes at Veracis are traditional, nurturing Spirit, mind, body and soul. Our smaller studio allows our certified instructors to give you personalized, caring direction and support. Men and women are welcome to move into poses as slowly and deeply as desired. Use of sanitized yoga mats, blankets, pillows, props, eye pillows included. YO – Chakra Hatha Yoga
More than just Hatha Yoga, this is a Veracis Wellness Signature! Your instructor introduces you to the philosophy of the seven primary chakras and their relationship to your yoga practice. Explore the physical and emotional associations of each chakra, and how to integrate your yoga practice with your body’s natural energy centers to bring balance and harmony to your life. Classes include guided meditation with poses related to each chakra center. Leave this OMYO class with an understanding of your energy centers in relationship with your body to encourage inner outer balance
YO – Hatha Yoga
Hatha Yoga is the most popular westernized traditional yoga and can be taken as deeply as desired by the individual. Hatha yoga is designed to balance mind and body via physical postures, known as “asanas”, breathing techniques, and the calming of the mind through relaxation and meditation. Asanas teach poise, balance and strength to improve the body’s physical health and clear the mind.
Hatha Yoga is for students who are looking for a traditional yoga style that focuses on proper alignment, breath connection and focus with mindfulness. The basic yoga postures are combined with regulated breath and performed in a systematic and accessible manner.
YO – Gentle Hatha Yoga
This Hatha Yoga is designed for those needing more support, gentle transitions, modifications and mindfulness of limitations. Ideal for beginners and the young at heart. Gentle Hatha class increases strength, flexibility and balance.
YO – Yin Yoga
Yin yoga is a quieter, introspective meditative practice, which consists of floor based poses held for a longer duration. Yin Yoga targets the connective tissues in order to stretch and rehabilitate them. Connective tissue slowly shortens and contracts with ageing, from injuries or neglect, and this is turn affects our joints.We explore long deep stretching to enhance flexibility and joint mobility while encouraging healing and realigning the body’s connective tissues to create spaciousness and stillness in the mind.
YO – Yin/Yang Yoga
Yin/Yang Yoga & Meditation blends two styles of yoga and meditation into one practice, bringing together the benefits of passively holding (yin) yoga poses with active standing poses (Hatha) and reflective topics to encourage inner peace and harmony with others. Reduces tension, promotes relaxation and flexibility, with insightful direction.
