What type of yoga class is best for me?

All our yoga classes are designed for beginners and those with experience. Our smaller class setting allows you to build a personal relationship with the instructor who ensures you feel welcome and receive respectful, personalized instruction. Do I need to bring a yoga mat?
No, we provide complimentary use of sanitized mats for guests. You are welcome to bring your own.
How many people are in each class?
Yoga classes accommodate up to between 9 & 12 people. The average class has 8 people.
