Begin Within is returning… just not on a schedule.
It’s been a while since I’ve shared one of these reflections.
I’ve decided to bring them back, but without a schedule. Just an occasional note when I have something on my heart that feels worth sharing.
So, here we begin again…

Your purpose reaches well beyond this moment.
As you continue on your spiritual journey, it is not uncommon to realize that your purpose has changed. A life event can realign you in ways you could never have considered.
Even in the darkest of moments, the light within your soul shines for you and those around you. Harness your courage and connect it with your values. Get out for a walk, connect with others, and trust the process.
If you are feeling stuck, reflect on a moment in your personal life when someone made a difference to you. It could be as simple as a smile or a small gift. They probably don’t even know how it impacted you.
Kindness heals.
