Get Out and Live
Insight March 2025
By Regina Kaiser
Life may seem like a balance between planning for the future and dwelling on the past. The true magic happens when you root or ground yourself in the present. Then you are fully able to embrace each moment as it unfolds. And then you can truly get out and live.
Making the most out of life and getting out and living, doesn’t mean chasing distractions, achievements or excitement. Rather, it is about awakening to the simple, exquisite beauty of now. It is the warmth of your breath, the stillness within, the smile you receive, the sound of people chatting and laughing, those tender moments of sadness or joy, and truly all the quiet miracles happening all around you.
GET OUT AND LIVE
Living in the present moment allows you to reflect on the past and plan your future. You are not reliving the past or anxious about the future. Instead, you experience feelings and thoughts that help you understand how you got to where you are today and how you would like to move forward.

As you move thought this next month of March, the beginning of spring, ask yourself
- “How can I bring more presence into my daily life?”
- “Is there someone I want to spend more time with?”
- “What do I still want to do with my life?
