Inner Peace

This week’s Mindful Affirmation is  “I release for Peace” 

Meditation Level IPeace begins within.  With inner peace we have an awareness of conflicting thoughts or feelings, but we do not lose ourselves to them. We release these thoughts and feelings to reveal the vast stillness of the universe that exists within each of us.
