4 Tips for Health & Happiness

Self – Care Simplified –

As the summer sky opens, so our heart and mind responds.  We seek to balance our lives, accommodating physical, emotional, mental and spiritual needs.  The relaxed summer months support just that…relaxing!  This is the ideal time to invite in a self-care program that fits effortlessly into our lives.

Here are 4 tips to staying healthy & happy.  

1.  Meditate.  10-20 minutes a day goes a long way in setting our intention.

2.  Move.  Take a walk, stroll, hike, jog, swim, yoga, etc.  15 minutes a day walking is doable!

3.  Laugh.   Create a happiness break every day.  Sing, dance, do something that is fun.

4. Connect.  Play with friends, family and loved ones.  Alone?  Sit on a park bench and say hello to  stranger.
