It happens quickly, and without warning. You find yourself fixated on what you actually don’t want! This is fear.

Try to acknowledge your fear without becoming it. Then use all your beautiful, brilliant light to focus on what you have and want.

In other words, don’t focus on the weeds in your garden. Focus on the flourishing growth of flower or vegetables.

Clarity shines light on what you need to see to and feel to heal.
