Growth and evolution don’t always feel uplifting.  You might find yourself not sure about what to do next.  Your logical side will try to set out the pros and cons, and this can be helpful.  But even more important is to stop and listen to you own heart.

What’s keeping you from having it along with happiness?  

Sometimes you need to make decisions that are different from what others want for you.  Listen to your own heart even if others are hurt or disappointed.  Act with kindness, grace and respect.  Remember growth means choosing to change.
