Dreams & Nightmares…

Dreams  and nightmares reflect a change initiated from within.  We could say the spiritual warrior within has awakened.  We are ‘working’ at night, as we sleep,  making the changes on the astral level first to prepare us for wake time.   Some dreams are unsettling, leaving us wondering what we are meant to learn and why.  This is a time to stay focused on the positives in the dream state.

It’s awful when we experience nightmares and we may think something awful is about to happen in life too.  Not so.  The fear and uncertainty in the dream state are reflective of our unconscious self, of  how we are taking our power back, and  doing the necessary work to shift while the body sleeps.     This may take some time and depends on how we interpret our dreams and nightmares.  It is also why we feel exhausted physically, emotionally and mentally when we wake up.

Place your attention on the positive shifts you are making both in dream state and during the day. Even if the dream felt unfinished or scary, you are changing at your core level and this affects your waking life.

To hear the message within our dream or nightmare we must enter the silence found through meditation where the thoughts settle down and we can hear, feel and understand our personal truth.    Be mindful not to try hard, or to push too hard.  The answers come with gentle compassion.

  • Give yourself space, breathe and relax.
  • When the body and mind are relaxed, we are receptive with ease and flow.
  • Notice where you feel any tension, stress or anxiety in the body and breathe into that area to give it space and flow.
  • Take time to nurture your charkas with healing energy.
  • Do not force energy or try hard.
  • Simply let the healing energy flow in a balanced harmonious way.
  • Listen to your wise self.
