Incorporating essential oils into your daily routine can be a natural and effective way to help manage anxiety and promote a sense of calm and well-being. Here are some essential oils known for their calming and anxiety-reducing properties:

 

Lavender – #1 

Benefits: Known for its soothing and calming effects, lavender is one of the most popular essential oils for reducing anxiety and promoting relaxation.

Usage: Diffuse in the air, add a few drops to a bath, or apply diluted to the skin.
