Staying centered is challenging when your mind is racing and when life gets busy. There’s a point when being busy can keep you in the present moment, but at some chaotic point you loose yourself to scattered forgetfulness. You find yourself feeling overwhelmed and stressed, no longer enjoying what you are doing. You wonder when you will finally have time for you…… there’s hope…..
Let’s start with recognizing when you are not centered…..

3 Signs You are Not Centered.. you are…
- Judging and feeling resentful and anxious
- Getting ahead of yourself and missing the moment, or falling behind feeling overwhelmed
- Easily Influenced and making decisions you don’t remember for things you didn’t want.
Reflect on these 3 signs for a moment.
Chances are in the last few minutes you judged something and maybe didn’t even notice. When things get busy it’s easy to get ahead of yourself or fall behind.. that’s because it’s so uncomfortable in the present. And of course, when you are uncentered you end up doing things that are not in your own highest good. For example you buy, sign up, or do something you regret later when you’re centered and present.
Everyone experiences this form of stress at some time or another. It doesn’t matter what your role or job is, it matters how you stay focused, centered and present. Instead of losing yourself to the chaos, you can find relief through awareness and learning how to centre yourself anytime, anywhere…..
The good news is you are not alone, and you can learn to be centered and focused, not just while meditating ..but in every moment of the day!
