Healing Loss

Loss is not limited to  physical death and loss is  experienced in layers.  When we lose a loved one, we grieve the absence of them physically, their touch, voice and the things they did.  When someone leaves or dies, or we loose a job, or pet, our relationship changes and we are alone.  The absence is experienced in many areas of our life.

We miss the relationship and our physical emotional and intellectual bodies experience the loss.
