Have you ever spent time observing the orchestration of nature and the universe? If you pause long enough to look and listen you will sense everything is coordinating effortlessly. Nothing is random. The dew, rain, earth, plants, trees, insects, birds, animals …all of nature is in harmony and alive with infinite potentiality.
You too are part of this orchestration. But you are too often lost in your thoughts and the nature of doing rather than being that you miss the symbols and messages brought to you. When life feels like it is working against you, it means you have not paused long enough to align spirit with mind and body. You feel lost and incomplete, aimlessly floating through life and the universe. Yet even this experience is part of your journey as you evolve to understand self-responsibility and your part of a larger universal tapestry.
How do you synchronize? How to harmonize with all that is? How do you bring everything into alignment?
You begin by slowing down and pausing during the hectic day, closing your eyes, breathing, and realigning with the present moment. Your body is always in the present moment, breathing and recreating itself. It is synchronizing with the rhythm of the universe. When you are out of alignment, your body becomes agitated, irritated, and sometimes unwell. Your thoughts are either in the past or in the future.
