Cancellation Policy
$500 deposit due at time of retreat reservation. The remaining balance, reflecting your accommodation selection, is due 3 months before the first day of the retreat. The full amount is due when registering less than three months before the first day of the retreat. We accept Mastercard, Visa or e-transfer. Transportation to venue excluded. Itinerary and rates may change without notice. Canadian taxes apply.
If you cancel your reservation:
- More than 6 months before your arrival date 50% of your deposit may be refunded; or 100% may be credited to your account*
- Between 3 & 6 months of your arrival date 25% of your deposit may be refunded; or 50% may be credited to your account*
- Less than 3 months before your arrival date 0% of your deposit will be refunded or credited. (Consideration would be given if the cancellation is due to covid-19 regulations, in which case the full amount, less a $40 administrative fee would be refunded)
*Credits must be used to book new reservation dates within 1 year of your original cancelled arrival date. New reservations are subject to availability. Credits may be used towards other meditation services at Veracis. Excludes gift certificates.
