Move your intention into action. Your future depends on you.

It takes more energy to hang onto shadows, than it does to release them.
What is stopping you from taking action? What fear, doubt, or uncertainty is holding you back. Identify these, release them by taking action. Don’t let the shadows keep you stuck in an unhealthy holding pattern.
