Beginner Meditation & Breathing for Anxiety

A major part of anxiety is caused by excessive thinking, fear, and not breathing well.

Meditating with mindful breathing reduces overactive thinking and is an effective process that can be learned by everyone.

One Hour Class Includes:

  • Breathing techniques to reduce anxiety
  • Guided Meditation to calm the mind & body
  • Discussion while sipping herbal tea (if you want)Offered seated in chairs.

This is a beginner class welcoming all levels seeking to breathe well and experience relief from anxiety.
