Don’t you just love how letters can change the energy and meaning of a word?
Eleanor Roosevelt gave us a powerful reminder of how anger can become harmful. You can experience anger towards others, be on the receiving end of another’s anger, or have anger towards yourself. Staying calm is easier when you understand how anger is an opportunity to connect with the hidden parts of your soul, rather than lash out at others or yourself.
Here’s something to consider ….when things are not going well or ‘right’, anger has a way of presenting itself, and you will not be able to hear or see anything clearly. A very important reason to stay calm is so you can hear and see more clearly.
