Transforming Guilt into a Positive

Guilt comes in many forms and can be used against us or we can use it to transform and heal.  If you’ve ever said or done something that you realized wasn’t what you really wanted to say or do, and it caused someone else to be hurt then you have experienced a healthy, positive guilt.  Understanding how to not hang onto this guilt is possible when you align with your intentions and values.
