Your attitude has a direct affect on the sincerity of your gratitude. It is easy to be grateful for wonderful things like the air you breathe, your job, family, and friends. But it is not as easy to practice gratitude for everything, especially those challenging times in your life, because your mind and emotions create a field of resistance to seeing the lessons or messages in the experience.
