Words are made of energy and have many meanings. In your daily conversations you use words to communicate with others. You read words in ads, books, notes and social media. Words travel and land uniquely…
For example you receive an email and you read into the tone, ‘feeling’ the message, from your own perspective first.
This powerful intuitive approach is your awareness of words as they relate to your own subjective reality. Words will highlight an aspect of yourself that is seeking to emerge and heal especially if you are triggered. Your choice is to allow yourself to understand your own thoughts and feelings as a reaction or response.
If you are reacting then you are in resistance which closes down your own energy field. You are reacting through your own fear rather than responding with empathy, clarity, and understanding. Taking a moment to breathe, step away from the situation and allow yourself to experience your own feelings without reacting through them, supports the development of authentic power. This is meditation in action! You settle down your inner self and neutralize to return to the task at hand with renewed openness. You are open to putting yourself into the other’s shoes just for a moment to understand where they may be coming from. Because you already know you reacted before only to realize you were mistaken.
Respond to words with experience and trust.
Use meditation & inner wisdom to guide you in creating a peaceful personal and professional environment.
