Getting through gloomy

Getting Through Gloomy

Don’t let gloomy weather get you down!

Getting through gloomy times during the fall as the days get shorter and there are less daylight hours, is possible with a little inspiration. Don’t let the rainy weather put a damper on things. Staying indoors, warm and cozy, brings comfort to your body, mind and soul. A walk in the rain is romantic in its own way too.

Now that you’re home more it is important to find things to do that bring you joy. Watching too much tv causes inertia and give you that gloomy feeling. Do it long enough and you find yourself feeling the blues and sad. Going out is replaced with staying inside and isolated.

The spirit in you knows the journey through sadness leads to happiness.

Moving through sadness is a natural part of life. However, you are not intended to be in this vibration forever. So, be kind with yourself as you continue on your journey knowing there is light at the end of the tunnel. That light is closer than you think.

Your creative soul thrives through inspiration. It grows lighter and happier when doing something that feels good. Where you find inspiration is unique to you. With the holidays just around the corner you could find yourself planning and making gifts. Thoughtfully created gifts touch the heart of others while fueling your soul. Everything from making cards, baking, planning gatherings, sewing, painting and crafting bring a sense of satisfaction.

Remember when you journey through, rather than around, over or under you complete a karmic step. Getting through gloomy may be hard but getting through it leaves you feeling lighter and brighter.
