Insights: Grounding Trust

When you are grounded you feel Safe and you Trust.  

During September we feel ourselves getting back to basics and into a scheduled pattern which brings us a sense of stability. But there is also stress and pressure, whether it’s going back to school, returning from vacations, or starting something new.

While the ‘back to basics’ concept anchors us, it may also feel confining and uncomfortable. We may be holding too much energy not knowing how to release the excess.   However, it doesn’t have to feel that way.

When you trust you feel stable.  When you are stable you trust.   

With healthy grounding you are, without thinking,  continually releasing stress, anxiety, worry and excessive energy, and simultaneously grounding trust.That’s a pretty nice feeling!

Feel yourself connecting with the earth as you repeat the affirmation: “I am grounded in Trust.”

Do this any time during the day.  When safe to do so, simply stop what you are doing, make sure your feet are flat on the floor, either sitting or standing, close your eyes, breathe, and repeat “I am Grounded in Trust”.

Then observe how your day unfolds.  Be Ready to feel incredibly peaceful and connected.  Regina Kaiser
