With so many choices to make every day, it’s no wonder things can get confusing. Amidst the confusion there is doubt, fear and confusion. Through all chaos Spirit directs and guides your soul to create the easiest experience for you to learn and grow. The more aware you are,the more connected to spirit you are, the greater clarity you have in choosing your path.
Spiritual Awareness begins with listening to your inner voice, as spirit. With so many racing thoughts this is easier said than done. Trusting this instinctual approach and distinguishing inner wisdom from fear can be confusing too. So, let’s see if we can create a little clarity.
A reaction based in fear is easily confused with acting from your gut instinct or listening to your inner voice/spirit. Fear interferes with you receiving a clear signal. Fear, anxiety and resistance are all related. Fear stops your energy from flowing, seizes thoughts and known memories and twists them.
Your inner voice is never fearful. It is clear and calm. There is a sense of peace and calm, and perhaps a flutter of anticipation wrapped with a touch of anxiety. You can see how it can get complicated.
A teacher who challenges you to embrace a deeper awareness of self, to confront the fear is something you may not anticipate and something you want to avoid. You may confuse your inner voice with fear. You want to leave or stop because you are convinced your inner voice is directing you. You are unaware of the fear.
A teacher of integrity sees your potential and will pushes you to grow. When you are triggered or confused, you are on the edge of wisdom. Let the doors open. Allow yourself to be open to receiving information as spirit first and to having fun. Allow yourself to explore different choices as if approaching something for the first time. Remember the excitement and enthusiasm you experienced as a child? Read, play, educate, nurture and explore your Self. Trust spirit to guide you to make choices in your own highest integrity.
The truth is you are responsible for making the final choice for your Self, always.
