New Beginnings & Letting Go

New BeginningsBefore we begin something new, we must let go of something old.  If we never let go of anything we become stagnant and full, depressed.  Just think of your closet filling up with new clothes and shoes, and never getting rid of the old.  Eventually you would not  be able to get anything else into your closet.

Our energy field (personal space) is exactly the same as a closet.  It contains the information   from our life lessons. When we do not cleanse our energy field we become weighted down and stagnant. We create repeat patterns that often create repeat suffering.

We struggle to let go because we are afraid.  Our ego creates a false sense of stability and identity by hanging on, until one day we wake up.  We realize something needs to change within ourselves. We recognize we have been blaming other people or circumstances. We are awakened to realize our thoughts and emotions will heal by changing our inner self.

To create a new beginning we must be willing to be more than interested, we must be committed to being the change.  When we are committed to creating a new beginning, we open ourselves to our awareness of judgmental thoughts as they arise.  We do not judge our thoughts or ourselves.  Rather we clear them out (they are old), and replace them with something new that is affirming, supportive and loving.

Change the beginning of your day with Awareness, Self-reflection, Letting go, and Affirmations.
