Setting healthy and flexibly boundaries begins with the energy field around your body, known as your aura. Not everyone can see auras, but everyone can sense or feel their aura. Especially when taught how. You know you’re in touch with your aura when you feel a ‘tightness’ closing in on you. This happens when you are startled or frightened from something external, or by something inside you. The external is obvious. The internal is often neglected because the focus is places on the external or other.
Anxiety is one of the results of an aura that is tight. Learning to expand your aura when you feel anxious takes practice. The results are exhilarating as you discover a vital step to developing spiritual protection.
