What is Grace of Gratitude?

It only takes a moment to take a deep breath and experience the present moment.
Unfortunately, many of us find ourselves using that moment to worry, or project ourselves into the future. Our busy schedules and high expectations keep us away from the grace of gratitude. (Coping with Thanksgiving)

Love
Gratitude is the attitude you bring to what you are creating and experiencing.
Finding gratitude is only possible in the present moment for what we have. Our thoughts take us down many roads of possibilities of what could have been, what should have been, or what we still don’t have. It takes courage to accept life in the moment, to be fully grateful, especially when we are processing difficult emotions or decisions in life. Trust must be present.
Gratitude is finding and aligning with the graceful messages you receive in the moment.
