The busy days during the Christmas holidays can be a challenge to remain Calm & Bright, Peaceful and Serene.
It’s good to know that even if our energy is low or we are feeling depleted, we can still shine brightly to enjoy the company of others and the holidays.
Is there anything we can do spiritually or energetically to stay more mindful and bright?
Yes there is! Our aura is the ‘halo’ around our body that sometimes feels spacious or tight, and everything in between. It is our aura, that shines brightly and where calm begins.
Some people say they cannot see auras, and that’s true. It’s because most of us see an aura intuitively. Simple put we sense or feel someone as welcoming…or not welcoming. These are loose terms I use because what we perceive is always subjective. So, let’s begin within!

With a healthy, flowing aura you start to feel a lot lighter and clearer, and you’re able to be more mindful of your own needs and the needs of others without feeling drained.
