It’s happening! The holidays have arrived. There is so much to do and the line-ups, crowds and congestion can be a strain.

Last week we explored ways to be more patient to live with more ease and flow. I hope you took away a few tricks such as Breathing and Waiting. Still, there are times when we are pushed to our limits and we start feeling impatient and ‘cranky’. Yes…all of us feel this at some point.
It’s reassuring to know even when our energy is low or we are feeling depleted, there are ways we let our eyes sparkle, even if we’re flat out tired.
What can we do to Sparkle?
Let’s crank our light. Our spiritual boundaries begin with our aura, which is the ‘halo’ around our body that can feel spacious or tight, sparkly or flat. It is through our aura, that our light sparkles and where calm begins. Sounds simple enough.
