It’s easy to be calm when things fall into place, and you have nothing to worry about. But the truth everyone finds themselves challenged now and again with unexpected stress.
Examples of when we lose our sense of calm…
- while driving
- receiving unexpected health concerns
- when others aren’t doing what they agreed to do
What is the opposite of calm?
Anger. Annoyed, Frustrated, Irritated.
But not to worry….. It’s okay to feel your anger, annoyance, frustration or irritation. What’s even more important though is how you process.
This week, open yourself to embracing everything you feel knowing you are uncovering the difficult so you can release them and truly radiate you inner Calm.
