We thought we’d give you a fresh perspective on letting go.  Pretty much everyone likes the idea of eliminating stress, worry, regret, anger, blame and guilt.  BECAUSE ELIMINATION MEANS FEELING LIGHTER!

But despite wanting to let go, we still carry a percentage of this as quiet ‘burdens’.

Asking you to JUST LET GO can be dismissive.  Let us support you to gently find inner peace by eliminating the burdens.

A burden is like an invisible backpack we carry around. 

When we’re tired it feels even heavier, and that\s exactly when the weight of the world feels like it’s weighing down on us and we start to feel awful…..
