One of the greatest gifts you can give yourself is forgiveness. Because you holding on to a past memory that is difficult keeps you there…in the past.  It’s like you are locked in space and time trying to change something that you cannot change.

But you can change the future!  

With self compassion and kindness, you can align with what you are feeling right now and transform your own energy….your thoughts, emotions so you are free.
