Why you shouldn’t Meditate

10 Reasons why you shouldn’t Meditate.

  1. You like lying awake at night losing sleep because you can’t stop thinking.
  2. You enjoy feeling stressed, anxious and pressured.
  3. You like bringing work home with you.
  4. It’s fulfilling to blame other people for your circumstances.
  5. You especially like it when other people get under your skin.
  6. Meditation is a waste of time.
  7. You heard meditation takes a long time to learn.
  8. You can’t afford it. You’d rather spend your money on socializing, drinking, shopping, physical fitness or doing something ‘fun’.
  9. Your partner won’t let you.
  10. You like arguing with your partner.

If the above reasons really feel comfortable to you then you shouldn’t meditate.  If, though, you are tired of living life stressed out, anxious, angry and just plain fatigued, then consider Veracis Meditation™ .

™Meditation continues to grow in popularity, as more people open themselves to trying it in some form or another.  Doctors refer patients to me regularly.  These are patients the doctor believes will benefit from meditation more than medication. Medication is still necessary at times to help us just get through the door to making the changes from within.  There’s not point suffering more.

What we learn in Veracis Meditation™ is that we must be the change that nothing will change until we change.  With all change we experience loss in some form.   Continuing with meditating we accelerate our spiritual development.  This journey is unique to every one of us, each of us learning at our own pace.
