3 Ways to calm Your Mind
1. Stop Fighting and Accept. Your mind is seated in the ego and will always have something to say…it questions, doubts, spins and creates confusion. The mind believes it is directing your life…but that is not so. You are using your mind/thought/emotions to create your life experience.
2. Pause & Breathe. Only when you pause long enough to breathe mindfully and listen will you become aware of the self that witnesses the thoughts.
3. Enter the Silence & Meditate. When meditating you enter silence, honouring spirit first to experience the vast stillness of the universe. But you must stay in meditation long enough for the busy mind/thoughts to surrender. Then you can experience Inner Peace, and then we create Peace on Earth
