“Trust in the wisdom of the universe”

In this moment the universe is asking you to TRUST with every cell in your being. You might be questioning a decision you made, or are worried about your health, someone near you or something! Return to the simplicity of your breath, breathing in and out with the universe. Trust is your mantra.

Card #2 – Support

CLARITY

“The answers are inside you”

As tempting as it is to look outside yourself for answers, or for the next step to take, the universe wants you to look INSIDE yourself. When you quiet your mind, and clear the fear, you hear what is best for you to do for you.

Summary

Everyone experiences times when they question both themselves and the universe. Why is this happening? The internal discomfort and uncertainty can become so uncomfortable you want to keep busy, to do something. Anything but sit still, because all you sense is your busy mind and helplessness.

Stop. Breathe. Quiet your mind. Breathe.

Feel to heal your fears. You didn’t do anything wrong. Mistakes happen. Learn. Grow. Evolve. This moment too shall pass as you discover the strength within YOU.
