Waiting is the hardest part

Insights: Between the Cracks

In the midst of chaos and uncertainty there are always cracks of insight and wisdom. These offer glimmers of hope as the light shines through the cracks of our perceived protective layers.

Light Shines OUT from Within

Everything begins within. Light shines outwards and inwards exactly when we need it.  You’ll know when it happens.

Waiting and Allowing bring awareness to what you are feeling. You witness your mind racing with possible outcomes. You may find yourself  anxious and uncertain, wanting reassurance.  This is a lesson on waiting, allowing, patience, trust and action.

Patience and Trust arrive. They bring a calm surrender that offers comfort to mind, body, emotions and soul. From this place of serenity, a peaceful acceptance and understanding create love based action.

Making it Real

Let’s take these examples into real life scenarios. Consider how you might respond to news that a family member or friend has unexpected, serious health concerns. After the initial shock you reach out to offer your love and support. You may be one of the people who becomes actively and physically involved, or who becomes mentally, emotionally and spiritually involved. You might be all.

After a while, you come to terms there is nothing more you can do. You embrace waiting, allowing, patience and trust, and discover how hard it is to do nothing, so you offer energy healings or prayers, whatever makes you feel like you are doing something. You begin to unknowingly move away from waiting and allowing into doing.  It takes trust, patience and love to allow and wait.

Good news is you are never doing nothing.

There is always something within you that is transforming. Those cracks of insights and wisdom allow you to see how scared or how helpless you feel. Additionally you realize how important that person or persons are to you. All of this is insight to what you are currently learning and healing within you, about you. Realizing you have your own feelings and expectations creates space for you and everyone to feel connected, supported and loved.

Waiting is the Hardest part

Not having anything to do and being asked to wait brings forth all the feelings mentioned earlier.  Be kind with yourself during this time. Waiting and allowing, patience and trust, bring you to a place of spiritual truth.  This doesn’t only apply to difficult times in your life.  As you venture forward, observe where you can allow and wait, to give others, or a situation space and love.
