Is Loneliness part of Isolation and Solitude?

Have you ever felt like you’re alone in this world, like no one can relate to you?

It is not uncommon to have feelings or thoughts of that isolate who you are and the reality you are creating for yourself.  However, once you get beyond the ego which thrives on drama, you understand you are never, ever alone.  You understand isolation is a choice and you can change the choice to solitude.

There are times when you may want to remove yourself from situations, times when you want to retreat into solitude to nurture your soul on a deep level.

Isolation vs Solitude from a Spiritual Perspective.

Isolation is separating yourself from the wholeness of life.  You are alone, not receiving the necessary support you need to flourish.  When you are isolated you slowly wither.  Isolation is ego based, making you feel alone, distant, unwanted, unloved. The longer you isolate yourself, the further you are from inner happiness.

Solitude is mindfully withdrawing from your busy life, immersing yourself in conscious growth.   Solitude is created from the perspective of soul and spirit.  During solitude you are peaceful, perhaps in a quiet place devoted to healing, making it easier to hear your soul’s purpose.  Driven by intention, you nurture spirit first, feeling whole and connected to life.   The length of time you take for yourself depends on you, and your needs.   Remember, solitude is a way of recharging your soul.  Isolation is a way of hiding from your light and your soul’s purpose.
