Creating Abundance – Newsletter

The universe is limitless, abundant, and infinitely accommodating.  Abundance is all around us.   We have everything we need and more.  Yet we may believe we don’t have enough, that something is missing and we need more.

What is this internal, unconscious limiting belief that we are not enough, and there will not be enough to sustain us in life? What makes us believe shopping for more things or doing more will  fulfill our need to have?  Do we even know what we are trying to fulfill?  We know something is missing and we want/need to fill that void. It is likely we have not observed that we are enough, have enough and the universe will always accommodate us.

abundanceAbundance is to have a large quantity of something – anything.  For some this can be time or money, for others it may be stress and worry.  They are both examples of abundance.  The difference is our personal perspective and judgment towards one being better than the other.  This perception of right/wrong, good/bad, clouds our inner vision making it more challenging to appreciate what we have.  Underlying this judging self are fear and doubt, which we are unconsciously trying to transform into love and trust. Granted there are moments in our lives when it is extremely difficult to be grateful, as the suffering is unbearable. Yet in reflecting on our past difficulties we recognize we survived.  While there may be more healing unfolding, we remember our purpose is not always revealed until later in life.

What we have today is enough.  The universe always provides.  If we are not able to embrace abundance and trust, then we need to change our perspective, to believe in the limitless universe.

Our core essence is peaceful, accepting and appreciative.  The many experiences of our life create layers and layers of memories (information) that prevent us from seeing clearly, and memories that reveal hope and opportunities.  We outgrow and heal many of those layers of conditioning because the universe is always supporting our healing process.  These moments are filled with joy, contentment and sense of knowing we have enough and always will.

Pausing to enjoy what you have in your life includes everything.  It includes the overwhelming workload you may be carrying, as much as the playtime you enjoy.  It is when we truly accept life is perfect the way it is in the moment that we can practice gratitude.  We see ourselves as enough and having enough.  Not too much, not too little.  We find lessons in life, not because we only want to see the ‘good’, but because we know there are many possibilities and truths within every creation.

Choose the path of abundance by embracing every moment as enough.
