It’s time for Spring Cleaning! You know the one I’m talking about…the big one where you get into the corners and under the furniture. Once done you always feel awesome.In everyday life you are exposed to both positive and negative energies. Negative energies can slowly build up, affecting the way you experience life. You may not know how much has built up until you shine light on yourself. It’s like when the sun shines and you see dust on and under furniture. If you don’t clean it up and the sun doesn’t shine on that area, the dust is still there!
You also need to take care of your inner environment. When meditating you shine light on your inner space allowing the light to reveal what is actually there…and then you cleanse away the negative or unwanted energies. It’s that simple, and you don’t have to wait for spring. You want to do it daily, or at least more often than once a year!
