Are you afraid of Change?

Do you respond to change with enthusiasm or do you react impatiently with frustration? Consider how you feel when you receive a computer update.  It seems updates always arrive at the least convenient time, forcing you to stop what you are doing, and either automatically restarting your computer or repeatedly prompting you to restart.  When it restarts your icons have moved, your portals don’t work, and things have changed!  You either get frustrated and annoyed, or accept the process.  What is your   response?

In meditation you learn to understand how you and your energy respond to change, and how to make the appropriate shifts to experience all change with ease and flow.  When YOU are in resistance to change you will have an uncomfortable reaction.   You blame because you believe someone or something has created this discomfort in your life.  This is unfolding because you are not in control,  you don’t like this feeling and you are afraid.  In an attempt to justify your feelings you may lash out and try to change or control others.  This may be aggressively or passively. Both indicate your field of energy is in resistance, not ease and flow, and this is where you must begin to change first! If you cannot see a potentially different future, then you are too set in the past and yes, even the present.  You not open to change.

When your energy is easy and flowing you manage and control your own energy without blaming.  You  adapt to changes and people, listening to what they are saying and what is not being said.  You respond with love and caring.

HOW TO EMBRACE CHANGE

Change is inevitable!  Should you feel your energy is tight and you are resisting change, breathe deeply and allow your energy to flow with ease.  Your experience will be completely different.  You change and the world changes with you.  Practice ease & flow, love and acceptance.  Regina Kaiser
