Living large doesn’t mean living big. What it means is living your life to the fullest, with intention and purpose. Your large may be different from my large. Regardless of the size gratitude is your key.
Gratitude is more than a practice. It nourishes mind, body and soul by counteracting the bias of negativity and offering a broader perspective of life. When the lower vibrations (considered negative) of loneliness, depression and anxiety appear you have a choice. To live there or to live large in light. You don’t avoid. You acknowledge, experience and shift.
How do you shift when it feels so bad?
Mindful Moments
Taking small mindful moments throughout your day to practice gratitude increases your positivity. The so called negativity remains the same while the positive increases. You begin to ‘feel’ lighter and larger. The ‘negativity’ then becomes easier to manage and transform.
Your personal journey is part of the bigger picture. When you start to feel large in light, you begin to attract more of the same. Still, it’s hard to stay committed when doing it alone.
Intention & Commitment
Making a commitment to yourself becomes easier to fulfill when you belong to a respectful group that shares the same values.
Take Action
I know you’ve heard it a thousand times before. You want to do it but there’s always the matter of time and money, or some other reason. Before you know it has been a month, and year. A lot can happen in that short time. Decide today and take action.
