This month we celebrate a beautiful Pink Super Full Moon and Easter. Yes, we are embracing a new normal from our homes, connecting virtually. Yes, we are being resourceful, creative and inspiring each other. If you are feeling emotional or overwhelmed then know you are not alone. No one will judge you more than you judge yourself. So focus on the amazing things you are bringing into this world right now..starting with your presence….
Without human contact we slowly wither. Just because we aren’t sharing physical space doesn’t mean we aren’t connected. Please don’t stay away from a virtual class because it’s new for you, or you aren’t sure how it will work. We are all learning this at the same time. There are no words to describe the feeling of connection. So whether you are new or not….I invite you to join me in creating inner outer stability.
“It was so beautiful to be part of the (virtual) meditation last night. Thank you for offering it. It was amazing to see so many people come together too and how seamless it worked. I’ll definitely be attending as much as I can. Though I meditate daily, there is something about the guided longer meditation that allows you to go deeper and look at what perhaps you have been avoiding. ” LJ
“Boundaries are a part of self-care. They are healthy, normal, and necessary.”
Doreen Virtue
Self care and boundaries go hand in hand. When you are not taking care of your own needs then you are setting yourself up for resentment and disappointment. By honouring your personal needs and risking disappointing others, you are raising your vibration and inner light.
For many of you right now it is very hard because you are confined to a space with other people or you are alone. In the case of sharing space all your ‘stuff’ is compacted into that space which is shared and it easily gets transferred from one to the other. Without healthy boundaries we end up taking on other peoples expectations or projecting ours onto others. Even if you are alone in your confined space your boundaries will highlight what is within your soul.
Boundaries allow us to identify and connect with others in a healthy way. We can start creating healthier boundaries by managing our personal energy space, our aura. This coming week, we explore how to define, cleanse and manage your aura so you feel lighter, brighter and more connected to the compassionate, caring soul you are at heart.
