Offered Seated in Chairs. Meditating reduces overactive thinking and is an effective process that can be learned by everyone. In this drop in class (workshop) we explore simple ways to manage anxiety using mindful skills that help regulate your inner stress.
Class includes instruction, guided meditation, discussion and cup of herbal tea.
