Your Aura is basically the energetic field surrounding your physical body. Your aura, when clearly defined, but not with a hard edge, allows you to be aware of your self in relation to others and the circumstances in your life with clarity and awareness. In other word this is where you first establish boundaries!

Awareness of the energy flow within your aura allows you to have more clarity to create the changes you want for yourself.

  • Your aura is the field of energy surrounding your body.
  • Your aura responds to the circumstances in the present moment, moving in and out, up and down, with colours or sensations that some people see.
  • Your aura contains the information regarding your current reality.

What is in your aura is what you see through and are seen through; what you experience as your reality, and what you attract to yourself.

  • If you’re upset, this is what is in your aura.  
  • If you’re happy, this is what is in your aura.
  •  If you have anger in your aura, you will attract anger to you.  
  • Everything is valid and relative.
